About
Both of us are coaches, and are similar in many ways. We were born and grew up in USSR, went to one school and even shared the same desk in physical and mathematical class. And then we learnt together at the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics at St. Petersburg Technical University.
Both of us studied Hellinger constellation with the same teachers. There were Stephan Hausner, Gunthard Weber, Jan Jacob Stam, Roland Schilling, Marianne Franke-Gricksch, Gunhild Leila Baxa and many other well-known constellators. We studied NLP and coaching with Arkady Bondar, Konstantin Pukhov, and Maria Stepanenko. We both studied Generative Coaching with Stephen Gilligan.
At the same time, we are different. Inna studied interior design, worked a lot as a designer and, as well as many women, likes art. Therefore her coaching is not only mathematically verified and logical but also delicate and elegant. I am a former member of the board of directors of Key Ltd and a former tutor at the faculty of management of the Open University. I am a business coach and adviser. And my coaching is, with no doubt, more about business. And still, I write books about organisational change, and Inna is the first to read them.

That was cool! I wouldn’t say that it was some sort of Holy Grail that gave me answers to all my questions, but I noticed the following: in the first two days after the training session the world got new colours. You know, the head cleared up, calmness appeared… I noticed that I’d started acting differently, without knowing at first how to explain changes in words… After the first week “the storm has passed”, details appeared that I hadn’t noticed before, questions that hadn’t been asked… Like something let go. Reading the first book at the moment. It’s becoming clearer why I couldn’t get through it the last time. And lots of questions, lots and lots of questions that I like a lot.
Did you remember my goal for the Hero’s Journey training? To expand my financial comfort zone, enable myself to let things happen? So, this Sunday I got a call from a company I’d been collaborating with and was asked to pick up an end-of-season bonus. A very nice surprise – a substantial gift certificate. Don’t know what to say – pleasantly shocked…
When you said that we wouldn’t get out of our comfort zone, I didn’t believe you. I decided that whatever you call comfort equates a skydive jump for me. So, what can I tell you now: you helped the personal revolution happen inside me, and you did it so quickly, efficiently and comfortably that I didn’t even notice and didn’t have time to protest. In this revolution no-one won, it’s just rich finally got into an agreement with poor inside me. Now the facts: I got out into the world. In the last few days of December, I met several dozens of people, and I asked for help, and people helped, with pleasure. You should see how I, a yesterday’s sociophobe, now ask for a person’s name and then ask them for help. Just casually a big diamond appeared on my finger one day… I’ve got no idea why so many yesterday’s problems get solved so quickly today. I now even have a lawyer who is helping me to resolve my asset issues. Don’t count your chicken before they are batched, but 1.5 months ago I couldn’t let myself accept all good things I’m ready to accept today.
