Online workshop "How to stop "eating". Creating a successful strategy.
Sometimes we eat because we need proteins, fats, energy, vitamins. But this is rare. That’s why nutrient pills will never become very popular. And stories about one and a half kilograms of the packaging “male food” from a supermarket will remain bikes.
There are a lot of various reasons to eat something. For example, our brain has just one zone, which is responsible for the feeling of fullness and the feeling of fairness. At the physiological level, one’s brain does not distinguish between hunger and unfairness. Not surprisingly, many people “stick to it”.
We often eat to reward ourselves for something. Finished the job – have a cup of coffee. And then, of course, candy and a cookie. We are eating to delay some unpleasant work. While I was smoking, I was thoughtfully saying, “Big deal requires a big break”, then took a cheap Russian cigarette with cardboard filter, or stuffed a pipe (I wouldn’t usually smoke cigarettes, except for Camel) and went to the smoking-room. I haven’t smoked for the last 25 years, so only the kitchen remains.
Sometimes we eat to be more significant. Sometimes we do it even consciously. One of my friends, a chief finance officer at a huge Russian company dreamed of adding 15 kg. Because if you walk through the door at once, not the first with your belly and a tie and only then with your head, it’s a shame to deal with such an insoluble kid. But more often, we do it unconsciously. Someone defends themselves from relationships, and someone tries to tell their mother that they are alive.
The main problem is that it is not enough to realise the unsuccessful model of behaviour. Replacing it with a successful one is crucial. And this successful model should be invented. Thousands of psychologists are busy every minute. But… can’t we help ourselves? After all, our unconscious always makes the most environmentally friendly choice of all that is available to it. Therefore, if we can show him other options, and it will find a suitable one, it will be better than it is.
Registration will be available to all participants, so even if you can’t participate at the specified time, you will still get your result. The workshop is conducting on Russian.
