On-line course "Organisation constellations as a tool for business analyses".
The course “Business Analysis with Organisation Constellations “ is 20 one-hour workshops based on the material of the training that I do “face-to-face” and now I present first ten workshops on how an organisation interacts with its surroundings. We will take a look at what we actually need to know before an organisation is created and what has a dramatic impact on its future life.
It will be beneficial for everyone who is taking the first steps in a business (for their own business) or constellations (for their clients). It will also be useful for those who are faced with repeated problems in their business. Many of the approaches I have described in my books, for example, in “Managing Reality in Business”. But books are books, and learning is learning.
I have replaced group exercises with individual ones; in other aspects, this course is the latest version of what I know and can and want to teach. In this version, it is held for the third time (each time supplemented) and has proven to be quite useful. It combines many approaches taken from many places like constellations, classic managements and coaching. This makes it unique.
The program has two blocks.
The first ten workshops are about organisation creation and about an idea of business, a product, a consumer, and ways to solve all the problems that may arise at this stage.
The second one is about the organisation growing up when it has employees and so problems with staff. Ways to solve problems in selection and hiring, issues with the management contour, making changes.
If you are a manager or business owner, you will get a new perspective on how the organisation lives and practical management tools. And you’ll learn a coaching approach to managing your employees.
If you are a consultant but are not yet familiar with this approach, you will get practical tools to quickly diagnose and deal with problem situations in the organisations you are consulting. And learn how to be in a coach position that allows you to give your opinion without causing customer resistance.
If you are already working with the system-phenomenological approach in other contexts, you will get the opportunity to learn how to conduct organisational constellations and familiarise themselves with the classic management models.
The next module deals with problems related to structure, culture, personnel and development of the organisation.
